Church Leadership, Elders in the church assist the Pastor in his role and duty as leader of the church. All members of Saint Samuel are encouraged to develop a relationship the leaders of the church who are prayer warriors and assist in ministry. Youth Department, an auxiliary of Saint Samuel Church of God in Christ responsible for developing our youth spiritually and intellectually for Kingdom work. Christian Education, an exciting and satisfying part of the church ministry. It is the educational head of the church. It provides the first avenue for increased knowledge and understanding of the Word of God. Music Department, a ministry that serves as an exciting and effective method in soul winning. The Music Department includes: Praise and Worship Team, St. Samuel Deliverance Choir, and a Youth Choir. Men's Department, where men are encouraged to be an Armor Bearer for Christ and our Pastor and to learn to become men fulfilling the role as men according to God's Word and anointing. Women's
Department, where women are provided opportunities, education
and resources to participate in missions and ministry. 1000 Churches Connected, an initiative of the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition designed to bring the message of economic responsibility and technology access to families through churches across the country. Project WeH.O.P.E., is an outreach ministry of Saint Samuel Church of God in Christ to specifically address issues of a) youth education and literacy, b) homelessness, and c) leadership and responsibility concerns. |
